وفق إعداداتنا الحالية، لا نرسل الاسم أو رقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني ضمن أحداث Snapchat Pixel.
نطبق إجراءات أمنية تقنية وإدارية مناسبة لحماية البيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الإفصاح أو الإتلاف. تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات عبر بوابة دفع مشفرة ولا يتم تخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية على خوادمنا.

يحق لأي مستخدم مسجّل في منصة تنور (عميل، مطبخ، أو سائق) طلب حذف حسابه بالكامل وجميع البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به.
قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات المطلوبة قانونيًا مثل سجلات المعاملات المالية وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم الاحتفاظ بهذه البيانات لأغراض المحاسبة والامتثال التنظيمي فقط ولا يمكن ربطها بحسابك بعد الحذف.

Under our current configuration, we do not send name, mobile number, or email address within Snapchat Pixel events.
We implement appropriate technical and administrative security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. All payments are processed through an encrypted payment gateway, and bank card data is not stored on our servers.
