نحن في تنور نولي أهمية كبيرة لحماية خصوصية مستخدمينا، ونتعهد بالتعامل مع بياناتكم الشخصية بسرية ووفقًا للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها

قد نقوم بجمع ومعالجة البيانات التالية عند استخدامك للمنصة:

• الاسم الكامل
• رقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني
• عنوان التوصيل والموقع الجغرافي
• بيانات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية
• معلومات الجهاز وسجل الاستخدام لأغراض التحسين والأمان

كيفية استخدام المعلومات

نستخدم البيانات للأغراض التالية:

• معالجة الطلبات وتنفيذ عمليات التوصيل
• تحسين تجربة المستخدم وتطوير الخدمات
• التواصل مع المستخدم بشأن الطلبات أو الدعم أو العروض
• الامتثال للالتزامات النظامية والتنظيمية

السجلات التشغيلية

تسجّل المنصة تلقائيًا الأحداث التشغيلية المرتبطة بكل طلب، مثل تأكيد الدفع، قبول المطبخ، بدء التحضير، الاستلام من قبل السائق، والتوصيل. تُستخدم هذه السجلات للأغراض التالية:

• ضمان جودة الخدمة ومراقبة الأداء
• دعم العملاء وحل النزاعات
• تحسين العمليات التشغيلية
• الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية

تتضمن هذه السجلات نوع الحدث، وقت وقوعه، والجهة المنفذة (العميل، المطبخ، السائق، أو النظام). لا تتضمن هذه السجلات أي بيانات مالية أو بيانات بطاقات الدفع.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نقوم ببيع أو تأجير بيانات المستخدمين. وقد تتم مشاركة البيانات فقط مع:

• بوابة الدفع الإلكتروني (Moyasar) لمعالجة المدفوعات بشكل آمن
• السائقين المسجلين في المنصة لتنفيذ عمليات التوصيل
• المطابخ المنزلية (الأسر المنتجة) لتجهيز الطلبات
• الجهات الحكومية أو التنظيمية عند الطلب النظامي

حماية البيانات

نطبق إجراءات أمنية تقنية وإدارية مناسبة لحماية البيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الإفصاح أو الإتلاف. تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات عبر بوابة دفع مشفرة ولا يتم تخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية على خوادمنا.

حقوق المستخدم

يحق للمستخدم:

• طلب الوصول إلى بياناته الشخصية
• طلب تصحيح أو تحديث البيانات
• طلب حذف حسابه وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به

حذف الحساب والبيانات

يحق لأي مستخدم مسجّل في منصة تنور (عميل، مطبخ، أو سائق) طلب حذف حسابه بالكامل وجميع البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به.

كيفية حذف حسابك:

• تطبيق العميل: افتح القائمة الجانبية ← اضغط على "حذف الحساب" ← أكّد الحذف.
• تطبيق المطبخ وتطبيق السائق: أرسل طلب حذف الحساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى [email protected] مع ذكر رقم الجوال المسجّل. سيتم معالجة طلبك خلال 7 أيام عمل.

البيانات التي يتم حذفها:

• المعلومات الشخصية (الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني)
• العناوين المحفوظة
• رمز الإشعارات (FCM token)
• جلسات تسجيل الدخول النشطة

البيانات التي قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها:

قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات المطلوبة قانونيًا مثل سجلات المعاملات المالية وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم الاحتفاظ بهذه البيانات لأغراض المحاسبة والامتثال التنظيمي فقط ولا يمكن ربطها بحسابك بعد الحذف.

Introduction

At Tanoor, we place great importance on protecting the privacy of our users. We are committed to handling your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following data when you use the platform:

• Full name
• Phone number and email address
• Delivery address and geographic location
• Order details and financial transaction data
• Device information and usage logs for improvement and security purposes

How We Use Information

We use the data for the following purposes:

• Processing orders and executing deliveries
• Improving user experience and developing services
• Communicating with users regarding orders, support, or promotions
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations

Operational Logs

The platform automatically records operational events associated with each order, such as payment confirmation, kitchen acceptance, preparation start, driver pickup, and delivery. These logs are used for the following purposes:

• Service quality assurance and performance monitoring
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Operational process improvement
• Regulatory compliance

These logs include the event type, timestamp, and the acting party (customer, kitchen, driver, or system). They do not contain any financial data or payment card information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data. Data may only be shared with:

• The Moyasar payment gateway for secure payment processing
• Registered delivery drivers on the platform to fulfill deliveries
• Home-based kitchens (productive families) to prepare orders
• Government or regulatory authorities upon lawful request

Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and administrative security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. All payments are processed through an encrypted payment gateway, and bank card data is not stored on our servers.

User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Request access to their personal data
• Request correction or update of their data
• Request deletion of their account and all associated data

Account & Data Deletion

Any registered user on the Tanoor platform (customer, kitchen, or driver) may request complete deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

How to delete your account:

• Customer App: Open the side menu → tap "Delete Account" → confirm deletion.
• Kitchen App & Driver App: Send an account deletion request via email to [email protected] including the phone number registered on the account. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

Data that will be deleted:

• Personal information (name, phone number, email address)
• Saved addresses
• Push notification token (FCM token)
• Active login sessions

Data that may be retained:

Certain data required by law, such as financial transaction records, may be retained in accordance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This data is kept solely for accounting and regulatory compliance purposes and cannot be linked to your account after deletion.
