القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك لمنصة تنور (التطبيق والموقع الإلكتروني) فإنك تقر بأنك قد قرأت هذه الشروط والأحكام وتوافق عليها بالكامل. إذا لم توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.

طبيعة الخدمة

• منصة تنور هي خدمة توصيل طعام إلكترونية تعمل حصريًا بنظام التوصيل.
• لا تدعم المنصة خيار الاستلام الذاتي من المطبخ.
• تربط المنصة بين العملاء والمطابخ المنزلية (الأسر المنتجة) والسائقين المسجلين.

الطلبات

• يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا فقط بعد نجاح عملية الدفع والتحقق منها عبر بوابة الدفع الإلكتروني.
• لا يتم تجهيز أو إرسال أي طلب ما لم يتم تأكيد الدفع بنجاح.
• الأسعار المعروضة تخص المنتجات الغذائية، وقد تُضاف رسوم توصيل وضريبة القيمة المضافة بشكل منفصل.
• يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة بيانات الطلب وعنوان التوصيل.

الدفع

• تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات عبر بوابة الدفع الإلكتروني (Moyasar) بشكل آمن.
• لا تدعم المنصة حاليًا خيار الدفع عند الاستلام (COD).
• يجب دفع قيمة الطلب إلكترونيًا قبل البدء في تجهيزه.
• لا تقوم المنصة بتخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية مباشرة.

الإلغاء

• يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب فقط أثناء حالة "قيد الانتظار" (قبل قبول المطبخ للطلب).
• بعد قبول المطبخ للطلب وبدء التحضير، لا يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب.
• يحق للمطبخ رفض الطلب أثناء مرحلة الانتظار إذا تعذّر تنفيذه.
• في حال الإلغاء بعد تأكيد الدفع، يتم استرداد المبلغ كاملاً إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

التوصيل

• يتم التوصيل عبر سائقين مستقلين مسجلين في المنصة.
• أوقات التوصيل المقدرة تقريبية وتعتمد على وقت التحضير، توفر السائقين، والموقع الجغرافي.
• لا تتحمل المنصة المسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.

تتبع الطلبات

تسجّل المنصة الأحداث التشغيلية لكل طلب مثل القبول والتحضير والاستلام والتوصيل، وذلك لضمان جودة الخدمة ودعم العملاء وحل النزاعات.

الحسابات

• المستخدم مسؤول عن سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة به.
• يحق للمنصة تعليق أو إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والتصاميم والعلامات التجارية مملوكة لمنصة تنور ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها أو توزيعها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

تعديل الشروط

يحق للمنصة تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إشعار المستخدمين بالتحديثات الجوهرية، ويُعد استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد التعديل موافقة على الشروط المحدثة.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام المنصة.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Tanoor platform (app and website), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Nature of Service

• Tanoor is an online food delivery platform that operates exclusively as a delivery service.
• Customer pickup from kitchens is not supported.
• The platform connects customers with home-based kitchens (productive families) and registered delivery drivers.

Orders

• An order is considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed and verified by the payment gateway.
• No order will be prepared or dispatched unless payment is confirmed.
• Displayed prices are for food products. Delivery fees and VAT may be added separately.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of order details and delivery address.

Payment

• All payments are processed securely through the Moyasar payment gateway.
• Cash on delivery (COD) is currently not supported.
• Orders must be paid online before they are prepared.
• The platform does not directly store bank card information.

Cancellation

• Customers may cancel an order only while it is in "Pending" status (before the kitchen accepts the order).
• Once the kitchen accepts the order and preparation begins, the customer cannot cancel it.
• The kitchen may reject a pending order if it cannot be fulfilled.
• If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery

• Delivery is handled by independent drivers registered on the platform.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and depend on preparation time, driver availability, and location.
• The platform is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Order Tracking

The platform records operational events for each order, such as acceptance, preparation, pickup, and delivery, for service quality assurance, customer support, and dispute resolution.

Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks are the property of Tanoor and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the platform.
